Engaged toward eating well for all, Région Bretagne is supporting economic and environmental transitions of the concerned sectors for quality food that it sustainable and affordable for all.
In this area, the Breton research and innovation ecosystem is composed of more than 100 research structures. They can be supported by specialized actors to develop commercial activities, such as SATT Ouest Valorisation. Competitive clusters such as Valorial and Végépolys Valley are stimulating collaborations between academic and industrial actors. Worth mentioning are also GIS Apivale, InterBio Bretagne or Adria as key tools of regional collaboration.
